6-1/2" x 12" card stock scored at 2-3/4", 5-1/2",
8-1/4" and 11", 2 pieces of 1" x 4-3/4" White card stock
scored at 1" on each side, 4 pieces of 2-1/2" x 3-1/2" Designer
Series Paper, 4 pieces of 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" designer series paper. The
