Stampin’Up Art in Bloom Birthday Card

I love buying a stamp set that can be used in variety of different ways. The Art in Bloom stamp set is a floral set however, the images in the set can be used to make birthday candles.

This is how I created this card. Isn’t it cute? 

I used the Sweet Symmetry Designer Series Paper that is on sale for 15% off the regular price.
