Do you have the Snow Flurry stamp set yet? It’s a great set and has a matching punch too.
This card was made Donna Powell.
I love how she used an emboss resist technique on the snowflake. The image was stamped with Versamark ink on Whisper White card stock . Then embossed with Whisper White embossing powder. Soft Sky ink was sponged over top of the image making it pop!
