Hello Friends,
I started paper crafting 12 years ago. The main reason was to meet friends with similar interests to mine and after all this time, I’m still stamping and loving it.
I am honoured to have been asked to be a part of this International Group.
This is how it works, every month a little packet of paper crafting supplies become the basis of our challenge. We are to design a card, gift packaging or some other finished project with these pieces.
In Europe, these packages are sold to customers wanting to participate in the challenge. I will be offering these quarterly packages in October to Canadian residents. Local Edmonton customers can get the August and September supplies directly from me. I’ll post more information later in August.
The challenge in July was to use two 6″ x 6″ pieces of Bird Ballad Designer Series Paper and 2 Bird Ballad trinkets.
I made a bridge card using one piece of designer series paper and one trinket. I’ll post my other project on a separate blog post tomorrow with the 2nd piece of designer series paper. It wasn’t quite ready for the challenge today.
The Dimensions for my bridge card:
Soft Suede 4-1/4″ X 8″ scored at 1-1/4″, 2-1/2″, 5-1/2″, and 6-3/4″.
The Soft Suede Bridge piece is 1-1/4″ x 5-1/2″.
Designer Series Paper is four pieces 1″ x 4″ and 1 piece at 1″ x 5-1/4″.
One piece of the designer series paper will make this card.
On the 2nd of each month the designer will share their projects.
Check out all these gorgeous creations the other participants made.
Check back on September 2 to see what we make with next month’s supplies.
Thanks for stopping by,
Karina
