Watercoloring with the Stampin’up Rooted in Nature stamp set!

Stampin’Up came out 16 new colors and a new style of ink pad June 1.  I always make sure to buy a re-inker with the new ink pads.

Did you know that you could get a set of 10 pads of Free with the purchase of a the Stampin’Up starter kit? Here’s the link if you’re interested. Get your starter kit today!

To make this card, stamp the background with Black StazOn ink on Shimmery White card stock.  Put a drop of re-inker on a disposable plate and color using an aquapainter. To get a lighter shade, add a tiny drop of water to the ink.  I used Lovely Lipstick, Grapefruit Grove, Mango Melody and Pineapple Punch re-inkers on my card.

The greeting is from the Darling Label punch Box. The box comes with  stamp set, punch, 2 ink spots and a clear glass block in a coordinating tin.  The box makes a great gift.
