This cute birthday card is made with the Ride with me Stamp set.
I cut the Seaside Spray card stock with the Rectangle Stitched Dies. I punched three holes with the 1-1/2″ circle punch.
The balloons were stamped on Whisper White card stock and colored with the 2019-2021 In Color Stampin Write markers.
