I made a fun card today using the Color & Contour stamp set and dies.
I thought it would be fun to try the Poppin Pastels technique to color the flower on the tag.
Have you tried this technique? It’s so easy.
1) Stamp an image with Versamark ink on Basic White Card Stock.
2) Gently apply the soft pastels (chalk) to the image.
3) Lightly blend out the color with a Sponge Dauber. The image will appear like magic.
The back ground on the scalloped rectangle layer was made by washing a layer of ink on Shimmery white card stock using a water painter.
