Do you love to color? The Ornate Style Stamp Set is fun to color and easily creates beautiful cards. The flower image was colored using the Stampin Blends alcohol markers. Each color comes in two shades, a light and a dark.
I stamped my main image with Black Memento ink and colored each flower in the lighter shade and highlighted it with the darker shade. It’s best to add the darker color while the lighter color is still wet as the colors blend together better.
You will notice that I left some white space at the edges of my flowers. You can also buy a Color Lifter that lightens the colored area.
I cut a piece of Old Olive 3-1/4″ x 4-3/4″ card stock and attached my panels for perfect placement. The Whisper White card stock is 3-1/4″ x 4-1/2″ The panels were cut at 1-1/2″ each.
