I used It’s My Party Designer Series Paper Stack #140552, Medium Star Punch #138293, Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack #133787, Party Punch Pack #140608, 2″ circle Punch #133782 and the 2-3/8″ Scallop Circle Punch on my card!
I added the clear wink of stella pen to my stars.
