To make this card, start with a piece of 5-1/2″ x 8″ Parakeet Party Card stock and score the long side at 3″, 6″, and 7″. Cut a second piece of Parakeet Party card stock and cut to 3″ x 6″ and score at 4-1/4″. The rest is decorating.
