My daughter will be making a bunch of these for her class at school.
This is my test card to see how hard it was to make. They’re actually quite easy. The trick was making a hole at the back of the card front so the treats would come out.
I started with Pretty in Pink card card stock and punched a heart shape hole out with the Full Heart Punch. I stamped hearts from I Heart Hearts in Pretty In Pink and Real Red ink to create a back ground.
I stamped “Be Mine” in Real Red ink on Very Vanilla 2-3/4″ x 2-3/4″ card stock and punched a hole with the Full heart Punch. I slipped a heart treat cup inf rom the back and put Sticky strip around the edges securing it to Real Red 3″ x 3″ card stock with a 1″ circular hole punched in the back of it. This was taped to the Pretty in Pink base with sticky strip on only three sides of the Real Red card stock. I lined up the holes so I could add candy through the hole in the back of the card front.
To keep the candy from falling out, I made a tag 2-1/8″ x 3″ in Real Red cardstock and slid it behind the Real Red card stock opening.
They’re really fun to make. I hope you try one.
Happy Stamping,
Karina
