I made the same Scrooge character but turned him into a gift card holder using the Stampin’ Up Petal Card die and the Big Shot die cut machine.
Scrooge is made from a few different punches.
Face: Large Oval, 1/4″ Circle Punch
Hat: Small & Large Oval Punch
Scarf: Small & Large Oval Punch
Body: Large Tag Punch, Word Window (arms) Punch
Hair: Leaves #2 die and the Big Shot die cut machine
The is drawn in with the Basic Black Journaler from Stampin’ Up. The Signo White gel pen was used to write”Hum Bug”.
